No.C1/6359/2023 dated 05.04.2023 issued by the first respondent and allow the petitioner to conduct the Eruthu Vidum Vizha (Bull Leaving Festival).

O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Denial Order No. Na. Ka. No.C1/6359/2023 dated 05.04.2023 issued by the first respondent, thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner to conduct the Eruthu Vidum Vizha (Bull Leaving Festival).

2. The representation submitted by the petitioner seeking permission and protection to conduct "Eruthu Vidum Vizha" (Bull Leaving Festival) was rejected, on the ground the petitioner did not produce the relevant Government Order along with the application to conduct the Eruthu Vidum Vizha (Bull Leaving Festival).

3. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the first respondent and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to apply fresh application after complying with the condition issued by the first respondent.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently,
