ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the entire Tender Notification itself has been withdrawn/cancelled.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
