This is a petition to condone the delay of 823 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.300/- in C.R.P.SR.No.95099 of 2016. 2.Heard Mr.P.S.Kothandaraman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Valliappan, learned counsel for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the CRP case papers were returned for rectification of certain mistakes and having rectified the same, it was represented twice and in the meanwhile, Court Fee Act was subjected to amendment and therefore, after having taken note of the same, the deficit Court fee ought to have been paid and in the meanwhile, the bundle has been misplaced in the office of the counsel for the petitioner, altogether, therefore, there had been a delay in making the deficit Court fee. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

Sgl 4.He further submits that, the other defects since had been rectified and the representation was allowed, unless this delay in paying the deficit Court fee is allowed, the petitioner would be put to hardship, as by thus the main Civil Revision Petition itself would get defeated.

5.Considering the said aspects, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
