ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the st respondent to act upon the proceedings dated 30.08.2023, wherein a decision was taken to lay a road in the subject property .

2. When the matter was taken for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents produced written instructions received from the office of the Block Development Officer. On going through the same, it is seen that proposal for laying the road in the subject property has been cancelled and it was also found that the place which has been earmarked for park cannot be utilised for laying road.

3. In the light of the above decision taken by the 1 st respondent, no further order can be passed in this writ petition. However, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to convey the decision taken to the petitioner and on receipt of the decision, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
