ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5076 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the petitioner has some previous cases.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5076 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a week, i.e., on Tuesday and Saturday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
