ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first and second respondents herein to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 28.11.2023 and 26.12.2023 seeking to extend the benefits of the same order passed in G.O.(MS) No.123 Education (R1) department, dated 17.08.2011 and grant regularize their services with effect from their initial appointment and grant them attendant monetary benefits with retrospective effect from the date of their initial appointment within a time stipulated.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5, 8 and 9 and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the
first and second respondents are directed to consider the representations dated 28.11.2023 and 26.12.2023 submitted by the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of G.O.(MS) No.123 Education (R1) department, dated 17.08.2011, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
