(R-2 impleaded as per order of Court dated 18.8.2016) ..Respondents in all WPs Prayer : Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writs of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.2068/2015/A2 dated 10.3.2016 and the subsequent proceedingsz issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/2068/2015 dated 18.4.2016 and to quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders for revision of lease for the shop allotted to the petitioners in Shop Nos.13, 6, 9 and 12 at Bharathiyar Commercial Complex, Tiruppur by following the procedure established by law after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioners.

Pleader for R2 C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit as per the demand made by the second respondent, the petitioners have agreed and have also paid the enhanced monthly rent fixed by the second respondent as well as the caution deposit. The said fact is also admitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent.

In view of the above fact that the petitioners have paid the enhanced monthly rent as well as the caution deposit, as demanded by the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to extend the lease period in favour of the petitioners, for a period of three years, initially, as per G.O.Ms. No. 92 Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 03.07.2007 and the second respondent shall also enter into lease agreement with the petitioners, based on the new lease amount.

The writ petitions are disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.s are closed.
