(The Order of the Court was made by The Honourable Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, after issuance of notice in the writ petition, the respondents 1 to 4 have taken action to remove the encroachment and withdrawal of water by laying pipelines. As such, the grievance raised by the petitioner has been redressed.

2. In view of the statement made aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
