ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.19903 of 2021 dated 01.02.2022, thereby directed the respondent to complete the enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents 7 to 10 and to pass orders in view of the report submitted by the Revenue Divisional Officials within a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 01.02.2022 has been complied with by order dated 12.08.2023 of the respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, this contempt petition is closed.
