ORDER
Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.
2.The petitioner claims that he was appointed as a B.T. Assistant Teacher (Science) on 08.06.2004 and retired from service on 31.05.2022. In view of the non payment of retirement benefits, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for disbursement of monetary benefits including Unearned Leave Salary, Earned Leave Salary, Contributory Pension Scheme and Special Provident Fund.

3.Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that except the Special Provident Fund, all other benefits have been received by the petitioner. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 ratifies such payment.
5.It is seen that the fourth respondent School had already sent a Proposal on 22.07.2022 to the District Educational Officer (Secondary), Tiruvannamalai for sanction of the Special Provident Fund, which is said to be pending.
6.In the light of the above observations and findings, there shall be a direction to respondents 1 and 3 to process the Proposal sent by the fourth respondent School on 22.07.2022 and pass final orders for disbursement of the Special Provident Fund amount to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
