The present Original Petition No. 212 of 2023 had been disposed by an order dated 09.10.2023. Even in that order, the learned Single Judge had stated that the parties have to agitate their rights regarding permanent custody in the proceedings, which are pending in H.M.O.P. No. 617 of 2023 before the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, in M.C. No. 172 of 2023 before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai and in H.M.O.P. No. 3451 of 2023 before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai. In view of that particular fact, this application stands dismissed. The petitioner herein can approach the said Courts for appropriate relief. Since the Original Petition has itself been dismissed, this Court cannot now enter into any discussion about the views of the minor. That can be done by the Family Court, where appropriate petitions are now pending. The petition stands dismissed. 27.06.2024 Maya https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
