(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board/respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that consent has been granted to respondent No.7 in accordance with law, which has not been assailed and thus, the writ petition is really not maintainable. She further states that the consent is valid upto March, 2017.
