This application has been filed to amend the applicant's name as R.Monika instead of Monica in the cause title of the plaint, preliminary decree and final decree passed in the above suit.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed.

3. The plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and file an amended copy of the plaint.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the preliminary decree and the final decree in C.S.No.849 of 2000.
