ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as the petitioner has to report before the respondent police monthly twice (i.e.) 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.2051 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.484 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report is yet to be filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.484 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.2051 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.484 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Page No.2 of 4
respondent police, once a month, i.e., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
