2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application. This application is necessitated, pursuant to the amendment carried out in the plaint and the respondent has no serious objections in allowing the application, this application is allowed and the applicant/7th defendant is permitted to file additional written statement to the amended plaint and the same is received.

3.Post the main suits on 04.06.2024, for filing draft issues by the learned counsel who are not filed the draft issues.
