Since the Official Respondents were said to have inspected the subject property without giving any notice to the Private Respondents, the concerned Official Respondents are directed to cause inspection on 30.07.2021 at 11.00 a.m. The Petitioner as well as the Private Respondents shall be present at the time of inspection as fixed without fail. In this regard, the Official Respondents shall file a report before this Court on 09.08.2021.
