2. In view of the narrow prayer made for disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2015 for the enhanced rate of subsistence allowance, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

In these circumstances, the respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2015 relating to enhanced rate of subsistence allowance on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
