O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 15/3/2024 made in I.A.No.7 of 2023 in O.S.No.11 of 2017 on the file of the IV Additional District & Sessions Court, Bhavani, Erode District.

2. The brief facts of the case are as follows:- An application has been filed by the revision petitioner before the trial Court in O.S.No.11 of 2017 to raise the attachment passed in I.A.No.7 of 2023, under Order 38 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the same has been allowed. Challenging the same, revision has been filed.

3. The suit has been originally filed by son-in-law against mother-inlaw for recovery of certain amount. Now, it is stated by the learned counsel that the suit has been dismissed on merits. As the suit itself has been Page No:2/4

dismissed, after appreciation of evidence, revision is nothing but academic.

4. In such a view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
