ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 04.02.2019, passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Puducherry, in I.A.No.1027 of 2018 in A.S.No.15 of 2018, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner for appointment of Advocate Commissioner.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

Hence, in view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
