2. This revision petition is filed seeking a direction to early disposal of a suit in O.S.No.25 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Cheyyar within a time stipulated by this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent/plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.25 of 2022 against the petitioners/defendants seeking for a permanent injunction. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent is a tenant of the schedule premises belonging to the petitioners, which was originally given to the father of the respondent. Since the respondent has not vacating the premises, the petitioners have filed an application seeking eviction of the respondent before the Rent Authority Cheyyar and the same is pending and the learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in the suit filed by the respondent in O.S.No.25 of 2022, the petitioners have filed their written statement and the Trial Court has also framed the issues, however the matter is not disposed of, on account of which, the proceeding before the Rent Authority, Cheyyar could not be proceeded with.
