2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of the narrow prayer made during the hearing of the writ petition for disposal of the representations dated 01.08.2014 and 15.05.2015 by the second respondent, without expressing anything on merits, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner's Union relating to the promotion of the members of the petitioner's Union to the post of Assessor in the light of 12(3) Settlement dated 10.08.2007 and in the light of B.P.(F.B.) No.45 Adminstrative Branch dated 06.09.2007 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petitions is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
