.. Respondent Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, praying to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 27.10.2017 made in W.P.No.27564 of 2017.

O R D E R

This Contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order passed in W.P.No.27564 of 2017 dated 27.10.2017 has not been complied with.

2. This Court, while disposing of the said writ petition, issued a direction to the second respondent therein, namely, The Tahsildar, Tambaram Taluk, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any, within a period of eight weeks.

3. In this Contempt Petition, the learned Special Government Pleader took notice for the respondent and sought time to get instructions. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned on two occasion. This Court also issued statutory notice on 06.09.2018 and in compliance of such notice, the contemner was personally present before this Court on 04.10.2018.

3. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the contemner on the said day, sought time to report full compliance. Accordingly, the matter is listed today for reporting full compliance. The contemner is also personally present before this Court. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Additional Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by issuing proceedings dated 05.10.2018 by the respondent. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings.

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is having any further grievance of delay in getting the patta, it is open to her to work out the remedy in a manner known to law.
