O R D E R

The petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.27 of 2012, on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.

2.After some arguments, when this Court is not inclined to allow this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the facts and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

circumstances of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with and he shall be represented by a counsel after filing appropriate application. The petitioner shall be present before the Court at the time of furnishing of copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and at the time of passing judgment. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
