The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction a sum of Rs.3,60,000/- to the petitioner towards the petitioner's educational loan on the basis of the petitioner's loan application dated 12.04.2021.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the Bank has sanctioned the loan amount to the petitioner.
