When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that C.C.No.1105 of 2017 has already attained finality and a judgment of conviction had been passed by the Trial Court.

Subsequently, the appeal preferred before the Sessions Court was allowed. Therefore, the present quash petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 2.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
