ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to correct the prayer in this petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. N. Manokaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, produced a Memo dated 15.04.2025 and submitted that the prayer should be permitted to read as follows:- "this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to substitute the certified copies of the exparte judgment and decree dated "17.10.2025" in the place of the exparte judgment and decree dated "31.10.2003" made in O.S.No.534 of 2000 on the file of the Ld. First Additional Sub Court, Erode after carrying out the amendments in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRP No.1013 of 2025 on the file of this Hon'ble Court..."

3. Further, he submitted that due to inadvertence, it was shown as "amend the certified copies" and a Memo dated 15.04.2025 has been filed to insert the word "substitute" instead of "amend".

4. The said Memo dated 15.04.2025 is taken on record.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to carrying out the necessary corrections in the prayer of the petition.

6. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for.
