These two applications have been filed i) to amend the prayer in TOS No.44 of 2022 as mentioned in the Judges Summons and ii) to amend paragraph 7 of the O.P as mentioned in the Judges Summons.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. There is no representation for the respondents.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these two applications are allowed.

5. Post the main suit on 14.07.2023.
