C.M.P. No.12230 of 2018 in C.M.A. SR No.48191 of 2018 T.RAJA,J.

The petition is filed to condone the delay of 205 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the Award dated 04.10.2016 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour No.2, Chennai in W.C. No.396 of 2014.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the claimant sustained grievous injuries, he was unable to make the appeal in time and therefore, the delay has occurred.

3.Since the petitioner has shown sufficient cause for condoning the delay, the petition is allowed and the delay of 205 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is condoned.
