By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Lecturer in Physics on 01.08.1990. She served at Vellore.

3.While so, she was transferred to Bargur in June 2011.

4. While she is serving in Bargur, her husband died on 15.04.2013. The petitioner's daughter is doing Engineering Course at Vellore and her son is employed in Hyderabad. Hence, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is residing at Vellore and travelling everyday to Bargur. The petitioner is also aged about 55 years and she has only three more years of service. In the circumstances, she made a representation dated 29.05.2015 to the second respondent to consider her request to transfer from Bargur to Vellore. But till date, no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner has come forward to file this Writ Petition.

6. In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
