ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sankari, to dispose the trial in C.C.NO.21 of 2015.

2.It is seen that a complaint has been filed in C.C.NO.21 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 420, 506 (1) of IPC on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sankari and the case is pending for trial.G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN.J, mpa/vsn 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the Calendar Case is of the year is 2015, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sankari, to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.NO.21 of 2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
