O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition to quash the order dated 06.05.2009 passed by the third respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to identify and locate the re-survey numbers with regard to the properties belonging to the petitioner as per old Survey Nos.56/1, 57/4, 51/2, 47/1 and 47/2 situated at Achetty Pallitharappu, Nalligapatta Agraharam Village, Hosur. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filing of this writ petition, various sub divisions were taken place and the survey numbers in question were got changed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief. No costs.
