ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the Order of the Court passed in HCP No.801 of 2017 dated 14.07.2017 has been violated, the present Contempt Petition is filed.

If the petitioner is of the view that the Order passed by this Court in HCP No.801 of 2017 has not been construed accordingly by the Court below, the remedy lies elsewhere.

Suffice it is to say that the Order does not reflect any wilful disobedience.

Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Application is closed.
