without assigning any marks. Incidentally, the petitioner has also sought for a further direction to conduct another eligibility test in the nature of internal examination.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though substantial part of the prayer sought for has become infructuous in view of the Government Order passed by the Department of School Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, followed by issuance of Mark-Sheets, the remaining part of the prayer can be considered by this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that appropriate Government Order has also been passed followed by the issuance of the Certificates to the Students.

4. In view of the above, we do not wish to pass any further orders. We cannot arrogate ourselves to that of an expert body for issuing directions. After all the petitioner has filed this public interest litigation as a Lawyer and the grievance of the petitioner has already been substantially satisfied.
