ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the so-called detenu. He is none other than her husband. Due to some matrimonial quarrel, the petitioner's husband had left the matrimonial home and joined his mother. Seeking his production, this habeas corpus petition came to be filed.

2. The second respondent has produced the detenu before the Court. The detenu Sathish Kumar states that he is joining his wife. The petitioner also is present in person. She states that recording his submission, the habeas corpus petition can be closed. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
