PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the cane supply payment dues payable by the 3rd respondent in accordance with Section 3[7], Section 3[8] and Section 3[9] of the Sugarcane [Control] Order 1966 based on the petitioner representation dated 20.03.2019 within the time frame fixed by the Court.

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the 3rd respondent in accordance with Section 3[7], Section 3[8] and Section 3[9] of the Sugarcane [Control] Order 1966 for nonpayment of price of the cane supplied, based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2019 within the time frame fixed by the Court.

2. Mr.Srihari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.M.Sriram would submit that they have given change of vakalat.

3. No new counsel have entered appearance. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
