(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2.On the request made by the petitioner seeking community certificate, an enquiry was directed to be conducted. Though the petitioner has made an application on 20.02.2020 followed by reminders dated 09.05.2020 and 15.06.2020, a final decision is yet to be taken and hence the present writ petition. 3.Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry has been fixed.

4.Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner dated 20.02.2020 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
