The prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2012 wherein, he had sought for arrears of monthly salary from 07.10.2011.
2. Pending the writ petition, the first respondent had paid a sum of Rs.15,484/- on 10.11.2016, which is the total arrears of the salaries due to the petitioner.
