ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH.J.,] This Review Application has been filed seeking to review the order of this court dated 17.04.2021 made in W.P. (Civil) No.9478 of 2021.

2. We find that the petitioner is a busy body and he wants to harass the respondents 4 to 6, who are his neighbours. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the records warranting interference to review the order of this court dated order of this court dated 17.04.2021 made in W.P. (civil) No.9478 of 2021. Thus, the review application is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed with costs.

3. This Review Applications is dismissed accordingly with the costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only). The cost imposed above

by this court shall be paid by the petitioner directly to the Cancer Institute, Adayar, Chennai, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, either by way of Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque or Electronic Fund Transfer. A compliance report shall be filed by the petitioner within a week thereafter. Consequently, connected WMPs stand closed. (P.N.P., J.)
