(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The writ petition is filed only to direct the Central Administrative Tribunal to dispose of the Original Application No.1277 of 2016 pending on its file within the time stipulated by Court.

4. It appears that the Original Application has been filed by the petitioner during July 2016 and since then, the matter is pending consideration without any finality. The request of the petitioner is only to expedite the said Original Application. Therefore, the Central Administration Tribunal, Madras Bench is directed to expedite matter and dispose of the same within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or on production of a copy of the same. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
