ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 10.01.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.666 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.We do not find any wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents. In fact, direction of the Court is only against the second respondent, who has passed appropriate orders. It appears that action is yet to be initiated by the first respondent. Unfortunately, there is no specific direction to the first respondent by this Court. 3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy against the first respondent.
