This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, praying to condone the delay of 174 days in filing this Appeal in trial Court judgment passed in C.C.No.52 of 2022 on the file of Additional District Judge/Special Court under EC Act/NDPS Act cases, Coimbatore dated 31.07.2025.

2. Heard Mr.T.Balaji, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.L.Baskaran, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent Police.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition.
