This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders" in the order dated 27.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.34406 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.34406 of 2025 dated 27.02.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
