Heard both sides.
2.According to the Petitioner, she had purchased a house site in Survey No.127A/3A situated in Vanapuram Village, measuring an extent of 0.03 cents from Pichaikaran, Ramamurthi and Visu on 14.06.2012 and from the date of purchase, she is in possession and peaceful enjoyment of the same. 3.The Petitioner had sent a representation dated 02.01.2014 addressed to the Respondents 1 and 2 praying for issuance of patta. Although her representation was received by the Respondents, no enquiry has been conducted as regards the claim of patta made by the Petitioner. Therefore, the Petitioner has projected the present Writ Petition.
4.Taking note of the fact that the Petitioner had addressed a representation dated 02.01.2014 to the Respondents 1 and 2 praying for issuance of patta (in regard to the property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
purchased by her), this Court, at this stage, simpliciter, without traversing upon the contents of the representation and also not delving deep into the merits of the representation so made, in the interest of justice, directs the 2nd Respondent to look into the representation of the Petitioner dated 02.01.2014 in a Fair, Just and objective fashion and to dispose of the same, by passing necessary orders outlining the process of reasoning in a qualitative and quantitative fashion [of course after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioner and others concerned if any, keeping in view of the principles of natural justice], within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
