This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take immediate action on the complaint dated 04.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint dated 04.08.2015, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.469 of 2015. During which, the opposite party, who is the husband of the petitioner handed over all the articles to the petitioner on 19.10.2015 under due acknowledgment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this. That apart, the parties have also agreed to settle their dispute before the Family Court. A copy of the closure report is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
