PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct the Co-operative election to the K-1699, V.Kaliyapuram Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit society, V.Kaliyapuram, Pollachi at the earliest in a free and fair manner with adequate police protection from the sixth respondent and also videograph the entire election process as per the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to renew the writ petition in the event of the fresh schedule issued by the first respondent and there is likelihood of any law and order problem. No costs.
