Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 1109.2017 and to quash the same and consequently declare the petitioner Company as eligible bidder to participate in the tender floated by 1st respondent in Tender Specification No.058/20172018/GCC/CBE dated 22.08.2017 and consequently allow the petitioner to participate in the Opening of Price Bid and to award the tender in favour of the petitioner based on merit.
