.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records

with respect to the Impugned order in Press Release No.236 on 5.6.2021 on the file of the 4th Respondent uploaded in the website and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent No.4 and 11 to constitute an Expert committee to deliberate and make recommendations on the issues related to class 12, 2020 - 2021 batch students to conduct two months refreshment classes to conduct final examination to minimise total duration of each semester from 180 days to 160 days or according to need to avoid any academic loss, to announce appropriate academic calendar and taking other appropriate measures in the interest of students especially of the Government schools and to give opportunity to those who wants to write examination and announce results well before starting of admissions to all the UG Degree courses in the Central and State Educational Institutions under the guidance and suggestions of the Respondents No.5 to 10 based on Representations of the Petitioner dated 08.06.2021 and 10.06.2021.
