O R D E R

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in Crime No.8 of 2008. He would further submit that the respondents have sought for permission from the learned Principal Special Judge, Chennai seeking to close the F.I.R and withdraw further prosecution reserving liberty to take departmental action against the accused. He would further submit that the learned Principal Special Judge, Chennai by order dated 12.08.2011, after perusing the case records and the Government Order granted to close the F.I.R, while granting permission to the respondents to take departmental action.
