Crl.M.P.No.5830 of 2023 has been filed by the petitioners for extension of time to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.177 of 2022.
2. Crl.M.P.No.5931 of 2023 has been filed by the defacto complainant to cancel the bail granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3941 of 2023.

Mr.D.Alexis Sudhakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3941 of 2023 submitted that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners dated 08.03.2023 had directed the petitioners to jointly deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.177 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order. He further submitted that the petitioners due to their financial condition were unable to raise funds and thereby, the petition has been filed seeking to extend time for depositing the amount. He further submitted that 1/4
the petition for extension was filed on 17.04.2023. He further submitted that pursuant to the permission granted by this Court, the amount of Rs.10 lakhs has also been deposited and thereby, order of the Court has been complied with.

Mr.J.B.Solomon Peter Kamaldoss, learned counsel appearing for the intervenor / defacto complainant in Crl.M.P.No.5931 of 2023 would submit that the petitioners have not complied with the order passed by this Court and they have also not complied with the condition by signing before the respondent and thereby, the petition has been filed seeking for cancellation of bail.
5. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the petitioners duly complied with the conditions and he would also submit that the amount of Rs.10 lakhs has also been deposited.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also perused the materials available on record.
7. In view of the fact that the order has been complied with and the amount has been deposited, the petition for extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.5830 of 2023 is closed.
8. In view of the compliance of the conditions, the petition in Crl.M.P.No.5931 of 2023 seeking to cancel the bail stands dismissed. 19.07.2023 AT 3/4
