The instant petition seeks an interstate anticipatory bail. This Court had earlier granted interim interstate anticipatory bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a quash petition before the Bombay High Court and that the Bombay High Court has passed an interim order directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioner.
